SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the text messages you receive from Deal Flow Labs and our AI assistant, Alex. By opting in to receive messages, you agree to the terms below.

Program description

Deal Flow Labs, through our AI assistant Alex, sends conversational and appointment-related text messages to people who opt in, either by submitting a form or by replying to a message. These texts help us respond to your inquiry, ask qualifying questions, schedule or confirm appointments, and follow up. The program is operated on behalf of Deal Flow Labs and our clients.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your conversation with Alex and the nature of your request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Deal Flow Labs. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging and data plan.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and we will not send you any further texts unless you opt back in.

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and conditions of your mobile carrier's network.
